Legacy Modernisation - WS 10.0
Digital Workspace 10.0 is a transformed Workspaces 9.5 into a flexible, cloud-based platform addressing usability gaps and rigidity.
Core modules included Dashboards, App & File Center, Multi-tenancy, User Management, and Provisioning, etc. A supporting pattern library, support portal and design guidelines were also created to scale the framework and modernise other legacy systems.
Trubloq AI Enhancements
Led UX for Gen-AI integration into a DLT platform, streamlining SMS template creation, header registration, score-based compliance checks, and multilingual translation. Designed AI interfaces that provided generative suggestions and explained how content met compliance based on a contextual score, building trust and improving usability.
AI-driven UX transformed an hours-long process into a minutes workflow, boosting efficiency and compliance—enabling 70% faster campaign setup, 45% fewer violations, and adoption by 25+ enterprises.
Wisely MaaP
Wisely MaaP is an E2E solution that enables enterprises and brands to connect effectively with customers using rich and interactive messaging via Google RCS.
The platform includes two key portals: an aggregator portal for RCS Business Messaging (RBM) and an admin portal for streamlined multi-level approval management.
